RETURN CONDITIONS
  • To start a return you must complete the returns form below
  • Do NOT return any part before receiving further instruction and an RA number (return authorisation number)
  • Any item you wish to return must be in its original unused condition with original packaging
  • Any return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the goods

To report a problem you must complete the form below. This will enable us to assist you further and remedy any issues efficiently

SENDING PHOTOS

Photos Are Required For Fitment Issues, Damage, Parts Missing etc. Photos should include the following where possible.

  1. Photo of original packaging
  2. Photo showing part number labels on original packaging
  3. Photos showing part(s) from a normal distance (approx. 3 Feet)
  4. Close ups if necessary

You may send six photos. (Please send additional emails to us directly.) They may be sent as .JPG, .JPEG, .PNG & .GIF files. Each photo has a maximum file size of 4 Megabytes. If required you can search for a free photo resizing website that will reduce the file size of your photos for you.
